Alva Nieves was born and raised in Southern California, and studied at Rochester Institute of Technology where she earned her BS in Fine Arts: Advertising Photography. She loves to shoot portraits in both formats, film and digital, that showcase some humor in all her images. Currently freelancing for publications and events of all occasions.
